4. Business Conduct
Businesses and service providers may not:
Solicit positive reviews through incentives or coercion
Attempt to remove legitimate negative reviews through pressure or legal threats
Create fake accounts to inflate their ratings
Misrepresent their relationship with reviewers
5. Rating Integrity
We employ automated systems and human moderation to maintain rating accuracy. We reserve the right to:
Remove reviews that violate our authenticity policies
Adjust overall ratings based on verified manipulation patterns
Limit review activity from suspicious accounts
Require verification for certain types of reviews
6. Disclaimer of Accuracy
While we strive for accurate and reliable ratings, we cannot guarantee the completeness or currentness of all review content. Users should consider multiple sources when making significant decisions based on our ratings.

8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RATER.PRO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DECISIONS MADE BASED ON OUR RATINGS OR REVIEWS, INCLUDING BUSINESS OUTCOMES, PURCHASE DECISIONS, OR SERVICE SELECTIONS.
9. Platform Modifications

10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Georgia law. Any disputes shall be resolved in Fulton County, Georgia courts.
